Wyoming Airport Operations Program - Pre-Rollout Survey
As part of the 2025 Statewide Aviation Economic Impact Study, WYDOT Aeronautics is implementing a groundbreaking
Airport Operations Program
to enhance study results and provide your airport with useful data on aircraft activity.
WYDOT has partnered with Woolpert and 1200.aero, one of the leading vendors of airport operations tracking systems, to deploy monitoring systems to 34 public use airports in the State. These tracking systems are straight forward, and utilize ADS-B data from aircraft.
In order to participate and receive operations data, each airport will be required to install a small receiver and antenna. There is no cost to you, as WYDOT is
covering the costs for two years
. Installation is simple, and the 1200.aero
ADS-B Installation Instructions
includes a set of instructions. Once you provide your details below, 1200.aero will ship the receiver and antenna directly to you to install. 1200.aero will also schedule a 20-minute call to discuss the installation and show you the software.
